By accessing or using Project Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of Bank Sinarmas or a team within it, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that you have authority to accept these terms for that use.
1. The service
Project Tracker provides internal tools for quarterly project planning, capacity and utilization reporting, project delivery tracking, worklog capture, sprint visibility, archive views, and related notifications. Features and integrations may change as the service is maintained.
2. Eligibility and access
Access is limited to authorized users with a verified @banksinarmas.com Google identity and any required application role. You must keep your Google account secure, use only your own account, and immediately report suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or remove access when an account is no longer authorized, violates these terms, or creates a security or operational risk.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Project Tracker only for legitimate internal business purposes. You must not:
- attempt to bypass authentication, domain restrictions, role checks, or database controls;
- use another person’s account or share credentials or session tokens;
- enter data that you are not authorized to access or disclose;
- upload malware, probe the service, interfere with its operation, or defeat rate limits;
- use the service to send unauthorized external messages or notifications; or
- use outputs for a purpose unrelated to the internal planning and delivery work the service supports.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You and your organization retain responsibility for the accuracy, lawfulness, confidentiality, and appropriate classification of information entered into the service. Before entering a project, worklog, or personnel record, make sure you have the necessary authorization. Do not enter passwords, API tokens, payment-card data, or other secrets into project notes, custom fields, worklogs, or comments.
You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, calculate, display, back up, synchronize, and notify from the information you submit, solely to provide and secure the service and its configured internal integrations.
5. Integrations
Jira and Google Chat features operate only when configured by an authorized administrator. Their own terms, policies, availability, permissions, and data practices also apply. Jira synchronization can import issue and worklog information into the tracker; Google Chat notifications can distribute selected project and alert information to the configured internal space. You must not configure an integration or destination unless you are authorized to do so.
6. Ownership and use of the service
Project Tracker, its software, design, documentation, and underlying service materials are owned by or used for Bank Sinarmas and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized internal work. No other license or ownership right is granted.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and the calculations reliable, but the service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, integration failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Project Tracker is a planning and reporting aid; users remain responsible for reviewing records and exercising independent judgment before making delivery, staffing, or operational decisions. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features and integrations when needed to operate the service.
8. Confidentiality and security
Treat tracker information as internal business information and access only what your role permits. Do not copy or disclose it outside approved Bank Sinarmas channels. If you discover a suspected vulnerability, data exposure, or unauthorized activity, notify the Project Tracker administrator promptly and do not exploit or publicize the issue.
9. Suspension and termination
Your access ends when your organization removes authorization, your account no longer meets the access requirements, or the service is retired. We may suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, integrations, or the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability, continue after access ends.
10. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Project Tracker is provided for internal operational use on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every calculation, imported record, integration response, alert, or availability window will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bank Sinarmas and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version is published means the updated terms apply to future use, subject to any mandatory notice or approval requirements.
